What we treat

The tooth and the area around it are fully numbed, so you feel pressure and movement rather than pain. Afterwards there is soreness for a few days, managed well by ordinary painkillers. Sedation is there if the anxiety is the harder part.
Often, yes, and we would rather save it. A root canal and a crown will rescue a lot of teeth that look beyond help. Extraction is what we recommend when the tooth is fractured below the gum, or the bone support has already gone.
